キーアカウントマネジャー/ Key Account Manager - Space
A leading global aerospace technology company seeks a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, analyse market trends, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture key customer relationships
- Manage daily client communications
- Ensure client expectations are met throughout project lifecycles
- Analyse market trends and client feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate on sales strategies
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of experience in space industry account management and sales
- Proven track record in managing large accounts
- Strong understanding of satellite systems and space applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Professional level Japanese and English (French is a plus)
