シニアアカウントマネージャー/ Senior Account Manager
A global digital marketing business is looking for a Senior Account Manager. The chosen applicant will work closely with the Project Manager, Director, and key stakeholders to support projects from initial concept through final delivery. This is a hybrid setup and temp role.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with day-to-day clients, external agency partners, and cross-functional teams
- Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and video deliverables
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment using strong project management skills
- Review and refine creative briefs, gather supporting materials, and collaborate with creative teams to develop, adapt, optimise, and deploy assets across required formats and specifications
- Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge resource, guiding best practices across creative and production
- Assess client feedback, determine next steps, and communicate clear instructions and recommendations to the team
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to share best practices and streamline processes
- Assist in brainstorming and concept development, bringing creative ideas and strategic thinking when evaluating or presenting work
- Work closely with account and project management teams to scope, cost, and manage day-to-day execution of projects
- Conduct regular status meetings to review deliverables against milestones and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management, or project management
- Exposure to working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client requests, to take full and conclusive briefs and deliver to exceed the client’s requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Passionate for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Fluent level Japanese and English
Preferred Requirements:
- Studio management or coordination experience
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools
