細胞療法 アカウントマネージャー/ Cell Therapy Account Manager

A global biotechnology company is looking for a Cell Therapy Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage institutional accounts, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive the appropriate use of cell therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with senior account leaders and key stakeholders
• Act as main point of contact and coordinate with internal teams for seamless account management
• Oversee day-to-day account operations including site setup, patient treatment, and compliance
• Educate clinical staff on treatment protocols and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Develop and execute account plans to optimise therapy utilisation
• Provide field insights, support strategic initiatives, and represent the company at professional events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-7 years of experience in hematology/ oncology disease
• Knowledge of treatment landscape
• Understanding of cell therapy
• Possess valid country/ region specific exam/ licensure qualification
• Professional level Japanese and English
