カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager
A global IT services company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will lead customer relationship management, drive satisfaction, and support service improvement initiatives. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction using data analysis and proactive engagement
- Manage customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify operational challenges and align services for upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain and report on customer health metrics internally
- Lead and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements:
- Experience in account management or project management in customer facing roles and situations
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance domain and technology
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
