サービスアカウントマネージャー/ Service Account Manager

A renowned international machinery manufacturer is hiring a Service Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer accounts, drive after-sales service contracts, and support service execution and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for installed base service accounts
• Promote and sell life cycle service contracts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure service documentation and asset tracking are up to date
• Manage and improve service processes, stock control, and system tools
• Provide input and execute global service strategies and report on activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in service sales
• Experience in strategical account management
• Prior experience in process improvement, development, and implementation
• Proven experience in material handling industry and packaging or logistics industry is preferred
• Background with ERP and CRM (MS Dynamics 365 is ideal)
• Fluent level English
