テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/ Technical Account Manager

A global software company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead all technical engagements and drive solution adoption to align with customer business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong long-term relationships as the main technical point of contact for assigned accounts
• Define and execute strategic technical plans with the customer and internal teams
• Map customer requirements to solutions within specific industry verticals
• Identify opportunities to expand solution footprint and displace competitors
• Oversee technical support activities and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with development teams to address product enhancements and issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering or a relevant domain
• More than 4 years of experience in application engineering, customer support, or consulting services type customer facing roles using engineering software
• 3-8 years of experience in an engineering software environment
• Knowledge of AE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
