テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/ Technical Account Manager
A global software company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead all technical engagements and drive solution adoption to align with customer business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong long-term relationships as the main technical point of contact for assigned accounts
- Define and execute strategic technical plans with the customer and internal teams
- Map customer requirements to solutions within specific industry verticals
- Identify opportunities to expand solution footprint and displace competitors
- Oversee technical support activities and ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with development teams to address product enhancements and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering or a relevant domain
- More than 4 years of experience in application engineering, customer support, or consulting services type customer facing roles using engineering software
- 3-8 years of experience in an engineering software environment
- Knowledge of AE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
