アフターマーケットビジネスマネージャー/ Aftermarket Business Manager
A global chemical company is seeking an Aftermarket Business Manager. The selected candidate will lead business development, sales, and market engagement initiatives to expand revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AGR and CBR aftermarket segments
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with distributors, installers, and service providers
- Achieve annual sales and market share targets while developing pricing strategies
- Organise trade shows, customer trainings, and engage with technical service teams
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with global aftermarket and supply chain teams
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket business
- Experience with adhesives, sealants, or automotive chemicals preferred
- Strong understanding of Japanese automotive aftermarket distribution channels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
