アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
An international specialty chemicals company is seeking an Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales strategies, grow accounts, and ensure project delivery aligns with customer needs and company capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for each account to maximise performance
- Plan optimal resource allocation across customer portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales growth and ensure account profitability
- Oversee project delivery through PACE system
- Understand customer needs through regular multi-level engagement
- Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create long-term customer development plans
- Monitor market trends and potential impacts on assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate and updated account records
- Provide insights on customer activity, brands, market trends, and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Food or Nutrition Science, Biology, or Agriculture
- More than 5 years of sales experience in Japan’s food industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level written and verbal English
