移植販売マネージャー/ Transplant Sales Manager

A multinational performance materials company is hiring a Transplant Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop new business opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence and brand value. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with global BU strategies
• Manage commercial responsibilities for newly launched businesses
• Build industry expertise and maintain strong customer relationships
• Define and execute sales strategies, perform market studies, and drive revenue growth
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and report market intelligence
• Strengthen product positioning and enhance brand value through strategic marketing
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies
• Manage cash flow, credit, and financial reporting to meet receivables target

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, polymer or business administration
• More than 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management within the chemical or related industry
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Proficient in financial analysis, project management, and MS Office Suite
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English
