PSRAマネージャー/ PSRA Manager

An international consumer goods company is looking for a PSRA Manager. The selected candidate will lead the PSRA team and ensure compliance with chemical regulations while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the PSRA team to support external customers and internal teams, including PD, AE, sales, and marketing
• Ensure all products comply with chemical regulations in Japan
• Enhance the PSRA team’s expertise in chemical regulations, products, and processes
• Provide training to PD, AE, and Marketing teams
• Collaborate with global PSRA teams
• Support alignment with international safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or a relevant scientific field
• 5–10 years of experience in the chemical industry
• Practical experience in an international environment
• Prior management experience preferred
• Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000 is ideal
• Understanding of MBTI, MHLW experience is a plus
• Familiarity with REACH and international chemical conventions is preferred
• Possess a valid Japan Adhesive Industry Association membership or a similar is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese and English
