人事部長/ Director of Human Resources
A multinational luxury hospitality and wellness company is looking for a Director of Human Resources. The selected candidate will oversee all human resources operations, drive employee engagement and development, manage recruitment and training initiatives, and ensure compliance with brand standards, sustainability practices, and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee efficient operation of the human resources department in line with brand standards and budget
- Work with the General Manager to develop HR strategies, goals, and procedures
- Maintain alignment with company vision, quality standards, and brand identity
- Support delivery of exceptional guest and employee experience across the property
- Monitor and improve HR processes in line with wellness and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and internal HR requirements
- Lead recruitment, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
- Oversee training, onboarding, and employee development programmes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and host satisfaction improvement actions
- Manage performance evaluation systems, meetings, and recognition programmes
- Analyse employee turnover trends and implement retention strategies
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and confidential employee files
- Oversee compensation, benefits reviews, and salary benchmarking activities
- Control HR-related budgets and support financial planning and cost management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to HR team and property staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar human resources role within luxury hotels
- Experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results
- Thorough understanding of company guidelines, rules, regulations, brand standards, facilities, and services
