HRGAマネージャー/ HRGA Manager
A multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking a Manager, Human Resources & General Administration. The successful candidate will lead HR functions and general administration, driving people strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting site operations and organisational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR policies, practices, and procedures in compliance with Japanese labour laws and company policies
- Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives including workforce planning and succession planning
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and engagement matters
- Manage employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure implementation of global and regional HR initiatives at site level
- Lead talent acquisition activities including workforce planning and recruitment strategy
- Drive performance management, development planning, and retention initiatives
- Support identification and development of high-potential talent
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture
- Facilitate communication and change management initiatives
- Support compensation and benefits administration including salary review and incentive processes
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and reporting
- Ensure readiness for internal and external HR and compliance audits
- Oversee site general administration and support daily operations
- Manage or coordinate administrative staff and service providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in human resources
- Experience working in an international business environment
- HR experience supporting a manufacturing or site-based organisation
- Expert knowledge of HR management concepts with a consultative and pragmatic approach
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems
- People management experience
- Native level Japanese; business level English
