人事ジェネラリスト/ Human Resources Generalist

A global investment management firm is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. The selected candidate will support employee relations, policy compliance, and onsite HR operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations including performance issues, complaints, and investigations
• Advise managers on personnel practices and employment policy compliance
• Serve as onsite HR contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Develop and lead employee training programs
• Maintain and audit personnel records and legal documentation
• Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and coordination with legal

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in human resources
• Understanding of Japanese employment laws (Benefits, Payroll, anti-discrimination and harassment, terminating lawfully, etc.)
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
