人事ジェネラリスト/ Human Resources Generalist
A global investment management firm is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. The selected candidate will support employee relations, policy compliance, and onsite HR operations. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations including performance issues, complaints, and investigations
- Advise managers on personnel practices and employment policy compliance
- Serve as onsite HR contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Develop and lead employee training programs
- Maintain and audit personnel records and legal documentation
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and coordination with legal
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in human resources
- Understanding of Japanese employment laws (Benefits, Payroll, anti-discrimination and harassment, terminating lawfully, etc.)
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
