シニアタレントアクイジションパートナー/ Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

A multinational digital infrastructure organisation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles while providing strategic talent insights, partnering with stakeholders, and enhancing hiring practices and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior and priority roles
• Conduct in-depth assessments of candidate capability, fit, and potential
• Partner with hiring managers to drive timely and effective hiring decisions
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs
• Provide insights on talent market trends, availability, and competitiveness
• Recommend innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
• Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in high-volume or complex hiring

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools including Workday
• Professional level Japanese and English
