シニアリクルーター/ Senior Recruiter
An international real estate company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will build talent pipelines, drive proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, agencies, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and expectation management
- Promote employer branding through participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Japanese labour laws and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 7 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments
- Experience recruiting within the real estate industry
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of the Japanese labour market and talent acquisition best practices
- Native level Japanese; business level English
