シニアリクルーター/ Senior Recruiter

An international real estate company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The selected candidate will build talent pipelines, drive proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, agencies, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and expectation management
• Promote employer branding through participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Japanese labour laws and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments
• Experience recruiting within the real estate industry
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of the Japanese labour market and talent acquisition best practices
• Native level Japanese; business level English
