オフィス - 人事タレントアクイジションマネージャー/ Office - HR TA Manager

A global apparel company is looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline development across multiple business units. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across mid-career, new graduate, and temporary hiring
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while driving employer branding initiatives
• Lead campus recruitment programs, internships, and university partnerships
• Oversee vendor relationships, optimise performance, and align with global HR policies
• Lead and develop the TA team while managing budget, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (including team management or senior specialist roles)
• Experience in both mid-career and new graduate recruitment strategy and execution
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the fashion, retail, or hospitality industry
