シニア テクニカルリクルーター/ Sr. Technical Recruiter (IT)
A global technology firm is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter (IT). The selected candidate will manage end-to-end technical recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate requirements including experience, skills, education, and compensation
- Utilise innovative sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent
- Analyse data, trends, and customer insights to drive candidate generation and talent pool strategies
- Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines for diverse hiring needs in a timely manner
- Assess candidates based on organisational needs, team dynamics, and future hiring plans
- Maintain, track, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and delivery
- Ensure recruitment processes and documentation comply with company standards
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for engineering hiring needs independently
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies across sourcing, branding, and candidate experience
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment in an in-house or RPO environment
- Experience in candidate sourcing methodologies including headhunting, job boards, Boolean search, social media, and market mapping
- Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Strong consulting and teamwork skills
- Experience using ATS systems such as SuccessFactors
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level English and Japanese
