学生リクルーター/ Student Recruiter

A renowned educational services institution is seeking an Admissions Counselor (Student Recruiter) for schools in Japan. The successful candidate will build relationships with schools, promote academic programs, and guide prospective students through the admissions process. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the university and present its academic offerings to prospective students and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international schools across Japan
• Participate in education fairs and deliver presentations to promote undergraduate programs
• Provide personalised counselling and campus tours to students, families, and school counsellors
• Support applicants throughout the admissions process, including application guidance and follow-ups
• Plan and execute recruitment-focused events such as open campus days and class visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant domain is a plus
• Experience at educational institutions (US colleges is ideal)
• Prior experience living in Japan
• Proven experience studying at universities in the U.S. is preferred
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and education system
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level reading, written, and spoken English; business level reading, written, and spoken in Japanese
