ペイロールオンボーディングマネージャー/ Payroll Onboarding Manager

A global financial services company is looking for a Manager, Payroll Onboarding. The selected candidate will manage new client onboarding and lead a small team while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track new payroll client onboarding from both global and local sources
• Build strong client relationships by exceeding onboarding expectations
• Lead a team of 5–7 direct and virtual members through effective engagement
• Collaborate with payroll operations and other internal service teams
• Coordinate with finance and onboarding units for seamless transitions
• Support process improvement initiatives for onboarding workflows

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in Japan BPO payroll and benefits service implementation
• Experience in project management
• Prior experience in Japan payroll and benefit processing as a BPO service is ideal
• Understanding of Japan payroll and benefits rules and policies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and verbal English (TOEIC 730+) and Japanese is a plus
