スタッフ/シニアアナリスト C&B / Staff/Senior Analyst C&B

An international semiconductor company is looking for a Staff/Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits. The selected candidate will manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance, and support data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance compensation and benefits programs to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Benchmark, evaluate, and implement program improvements based on employee feedback and industry trends
• Consult with internal stakeholders to develop compensation solutions aligned with business goals
• Conduct job analysis, maintain job inventories, and establish pay ranges through market surveys
• Produce, analyse, and present compensation and benefits reports to key stakeholders
• Maintain compensation data, troubleshoot system issues, and support global system testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• More than 8 years of compensation and benefits experience in reputed tech companies in Japan
• Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of statistical methods
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills
• Possess a valid CCP or GRP certification preferred
• Proficient in Japanese and English
