人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

An international premium travel and lifestyle products company is seeking an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development in partnership with business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR consultation and support to line managers
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including defining job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions
• Oversee recruitment budget, headcount planning, and internal mobility
• Conduct interviews and manage staffing issues, including terminations
• Plan onboarding and deliver training on HR policies and development programs
• Advise on employee relations and support issue resolution
• Prepare and manage performance and salary review processes
• Handle HR data management and coordinate with retail, finance, and HQ functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
• Experience in luxury or fashion business is a plus
• Solid understanding of the talent market in the retail industry
• Proficient in Japan Labour Law and Compensation & Benefits
• High speed and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
