タレントマネージャー/ Talent Manager

A renowned international apparel and retail company is looking for a Talent Manager in Japan. The selected candidate will lead full-cycle retail recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for retail hiring
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across industries and regions
• Create inclusive candidate experiences and champion fair recruitment practices
• Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to attract active and passive candidates
• Partner with Retail leadership and HR on hiring strategies and talent planning
• Identify process gaps and equip store teams with recruitment tools and best practices

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition
• Experience in hiring in the retail or customer focused industry
• Prior experience working with technology tools relevant to applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and reporting
• Background with various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, social recruiting, and classic techniques, as week as working directly with internal and external stakeholders)
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
