タレントマネージャー/ Talent Manager
A renowned international apparel and retail company is looking for a Talent Manager in Japan. The selected candidate will lead full-cycle retail recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes for retail hiring
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across industries and regions
- Create inclusive candidate experiences and champion fair recruitment practices
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Partner with Retail leadership and HR on hiring strategies and talent planning
- Identify process gaps and equip store teams with recruitment tools and best practices
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in the talent acquisition
- Experience in hiring in the retail or customer focused industry
- Prior experience working with technology tools relevant to applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and reporting
- Background with various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, social recruiting, and classic techniques, as week as working directly with internal and external stakeholders)
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
