A global logistics company is looking for an HR – Business Administration professional. The selected candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and training-related tasks in support of HR operations. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll preparation, income/resident tax payments, and social security procedures
- Handle new hire and retirement formalities and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Process vouchers, check invoices, arrange mail/couriers, and coordinate health checkups
- Monitor office conditions, track paid leave and overtime, and report travel insurance claims
- Coordinate internal training programs and support employees as Area Training Administrator
- Support employee development plans, training logistics, and change management
Requirements:
- Understanding of health insurance, pension scheme, income/resident taxes, and other administrative matters
- Professional level Japanese and English
