タレント&カルチャー・ビジネスパートナー/ Talent & Culture Business Partner
An international marketing company is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure compliance, support talent development, and align local practices with global HR frameworks. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers to align with workforce planning and business priorities
- Collaborate with internal and global teams to support hiring for senior and specialised roles
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and engaging new hire experience
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and documentation
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and daily HR operations
- Maintain and update internal policies and employment rules in both Japanese and English
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labour laws and manage associated risks
- Collaborate with external advisors including labour consultants and social insurance specialists
- Serve as a key contact for employee relations and workplace concerns
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and inclusive workplace culture
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with external vendors
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support salary review processes
- Collaborate with finance and global teams to align compensation structures with market standards
- Plan and deliver training programmes and career development initiatives
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and cultural alignment
- Act as liaison with regional and global HR teams to ensure policy alignment
- Prepare and present HR reports and insights to leadership
- Localise and implement global HR programmes ensuring compliance and cultural relevance
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in HR within Japan
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labour law and HR compliance
- Experience managing HR operations and implementing HRIS systems
- Experience working with global or regional HR programmes and cross-border teams
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
