HRBP/ HRBP

A multinational tourism shopping tax refund company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for Commercial, Refund Counter Operations, and Technology teams
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback-driven recommendations to leadership
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and serve as the key point of contact for payroll-related queries
• Act as a strategic HR advisor, supporting leadership on workforce planning and HR matters
• Lead HR projects and change management initiatives to align with business goals
• Implement employee welfare programs and wellness initiatives to enhance work-life balance
• Organise team-building and cross-functional collaboration activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a commercial or technology-driven environment
• Experience in employee welfare programs and HR project management
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll
• Skilled in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and employment law compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level verbal and written English
