人材開発担当/ Talent Development
A global business consulting company is looking for a Talent Development professional. The selected candidate will lead performance management processes, analyse performance data, and drive capability development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement performance management frameworks aligned with organisational goals
- Manage performance cycles including timelines, reminders, and stakeholder coordination
- Facilitate review processes by organising inputs for self, manager, and calibration reviews
- Analyse and visualise performance data to identify trends and report insights to leadership
- Identify performance gaps and execute improvement initiatives across teams
- Support learning initiatives by translating performance insights into development programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is ideal)
- More than 2 years of experience in performance management or talent development
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in a consulting firm
