ファシリティシニアマネージャー/ Facilities Sr. Manager
A global facilities management company is hiring a Facilities Senior Manager (Lead). The selected candidate will lead account operations, client engagement, and strategic facility management across a key client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor, managing the contract relationship and driving value creation
- Ensure operational excellence through oversight of on-site delivery teams
- Oversee financial performance and ensure appropriate resource allocation
- Build SME-level client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion
- Coach and mentor facility management staff to deliver superior service
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technology adoption
- Conduct client meetings and manage the resolution of facility-related issues
- Develop strategic FM objectives aligned with client's business needs
- Support EHS compliance and business continuity programs
- Manage facility inspections, reporting, and dashboards
- Oversee capital projects, budget planning, and financial analysis
- Supervise staff performance, recruitment, and resource strategy
- Act as a single point of contact for senior client communication
- Manage risk, resolve escalations, and support account growth plans
Requirements:
- Practical experience in facility management and client account leadership
- Proven experience leading teams and managing P&L in a matrix organisation
- Skilled in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and consultative selling
- Ability to act as a single point of contact for senior clients
- Skilled in risk management, industry insights, and cross-border client support
- Professional level Japanese and English
