Responsibilities:

• Promote brand identity and maintain excellence in product and team presentation
• Lead store operations by conducting purposeful visits and ensuring timely communication
• Analyse customer insights to improve service and experience
• Manage inventory, mitigate risks, and optimise stock processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand and training strategies
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Recruit, develop, and plan succession across the store portfolio
• Monitor KPIs and implement recovery plans where necessary

Requirements:

• Practical experience in multi-site retail management
• Proven experience in performance analysis, coaching, and team development
• Skilled in relationship management, commercial acumen, and communication
• Ability to make decisions within business guidelines
