マーチャンダイズプランニングマネージャー/ Merchandise Planning Manager

A renowned global fashion company is seeking a Merchandise Planning Manager. The selected candidate will lead planning and allocation strategies across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and outlet channels to optimise sales, inventory, and margin.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pre-season category-level sales, stock, and margin plans aligned with KPIs
• Monitor and adjust in-season sales, inventory, and margin performance with weekly reporting
• Manage wholesale inventory levels, pricing strategy, and sales analysis
• Lead outlet reproduction strategy including product selection, order flow, and allocation
• Oversee retail and wholesale allocation, replenishment, and store inventory planning
• Coordinate with logistics, merchandising, and store teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in merchandising planning/allocation at retail
• Experience in people management is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent data management skill
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English
