An international medical devices company is hiring a Technical Sales Support Representative. The selected candidate will support sales growth by providing technical expertise, engaging with customers, and executing promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and distributors through on-site visits, consultations, and technical events
• Deliver technical presentations at academic conferences and seminars
• Support customers with product knowledge across the full portfolio
• Collaborate with local and global teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Develop sales and promotional materials to enhance brand and product visibility
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, and campaigns to drive market presence
• Design and execute independent sales initiatives as a Product Specialist

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales and support
• Familiarity with chromatography or related fields
• Skilled in presentations, MS Office Suite, and CRM tools
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
