職務内容:

• 部門の目標や優先課題を意識し、あらゆる種類のコミュニケーションを統括
• PRやソーシャルメディアの活用機会を見出し、コミュニケーション部内にて提案
• 内部向けメッセージの作成
• チャネル選定
• 情報の発信方法の検討
• 組織変更やM&Aプロセス等の対応
• 情報伝達の流れ、従業員の定着を確保するためのエンゲージメント施策
• リーダーシップタスク全般においてコミュニケーション支援
• コンテンツ制作担当やほかのコミュニケーションチームと密接に連携し、マトリクス組織全体でのコミュニケーションを統括

応募要件:

• グローバル企業でのコミュニケーション業務経験5年以上
• Micorosoft365スイートおよびコミュニケーションに関連する戦略や手法に対する高度な理解
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• ヘルスケアの領域での経験歓迎
• ヘルスケア業界に関する知識尚可

A global medical equipment company is seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist. The selected candidate will drive internal and external communication strategies to enhance engagement and support business goals. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with divisional goals and global communication frameworks
• Propose PR and social media initiatives to subject matter experts
• Lead internal messaging and ensure effective information flow during organisational changes or M&A activities
• Support leadership communication to strengthen engagement and retention
• Collaborate with content creators and communications teams across the matrix organisation
• Promote consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement across all channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, English, Marketing or similar field
• More than 5 years of experience in communications within a global or cross-cultural environment
• Proven experience in internal communications strategy and execution
• Prior change communication experience
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally on occasion
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
