コミュニケーションスペシャリスト/ Communications Specialist

A global personal care brand is seeking a Communication Specialist. The selected candidate will plan and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns including TVCM, SNS ads, OOH, magazine tie-ups, and PR
• Analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance to track ROI and KPIs and report findings
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams and external agencies to improve marketing outcomes
• Monitor content performance, SEO metrics, and campaign effectiveness to enhance content marketing ROI
• Lead website renewal for both product and corporate sites
• Develop and manage campaign budgets and social media platforms
• Identify emerging trends and technologies impacting the industry

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in digital marketing or communications in the FMCG or beauty industry
• Proficient in digital marketing with strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Native level Japanese; business level English
