PR＆コーポレートコミュニケーションリード/ PR & Corporate Communications Lead

An international investment company is hiring a PR & Corporate Communications Lead. The selected candidate will lead strategic communication initiatives to strengthen brand trust, media presence, and internal alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute external PR strategies across tech and financial media
• Build and maintain strong media relationships in Japan and internationally
• Coordinate press releases, media kits, and secure executive media opportunities
• Shape corporate messaging in alignment with the company's mission and Bitcoin-native values
• Lead internal communication initiatives, including newsletters and all-hands meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging accuracy and consistency
• Support executive communications, including speeches, blog posts, and investor letters
• Monitor media coverage and manage reputation and press inquiries

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or journalism (tech, finance, or crypto a plus)
• Skilled in writing, editing, and storytelling
• Deep interest in decentralisation and societal innovation
• Native level Japanese; business level English

• 社内の透明性・連携・エンゲージメント向上を目的としたコミュニケーション施策をリード
• 社内報、重要アナウンス、経営陣からの定期アップデート等の企画・作成
• 全社ミーティングやQ&Aセッションの運営支援
