A multinational marketing agency is seeking a Senior CX Strategist. The chosen candidate will champion customer-centric principles while leading projects and mentoring team members. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CX strategy assets and deliverables to meet business and customer goals
• Mentor junior and mid-level CX practitioners while advancing CX strategy practices
• Apply customer-centric knowledge across diverse project types
• Lead projects by balancing business objectives with customer perspectives
• Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated, innovative solutions
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in business strategy
• Prior experience in developing and executing innovative, interactive, customer experience-focused solutions for clients in various domains
• Proven experience explaining and applying strategy and policy roadmaps, business, and customer needs
• Background planning, conducting, analysing research methods, and using accumulated data to apply insights to new clients, products, and services
• Prior experience verifying research and deciding which direction to productise or produce
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
