グローバルマーケティンググループマネージャー/ Global Marketing Group Manager
A global consumer goods company is searching for a Global Marketing Group Manager. The chosen applicant will be driving the global vision, innovation, and long-term growth, shaping category strategy and brand direction across markets. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global category strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term brand vision and portfolio roadmap
- Analyse market dynamics, consumer insights, and professional trends to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic direction
- Lead the end-to-end product innovation process from concept to commercialisation, balancing creativity with business impact
- Manage a strategically balanced portfolio that ensures category relevance, innovation pipeline, and profitability
- Develop global 360° marketing strategies that elevate brand equity across touchpoints such as digital, communication, POSM, and education
- Partner with regional teams to ensure locally relevant brand activation and consistent global storytelling
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Education to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
- Collaborate with global and local teams to translate strategic intent into impactful market activation
- Own category P&L performance, monitor key KPIs, and drive business decisions through data and insights
- Ensure strategic resource allocation and budget management to optimise growth and ROI
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration
- Build future marketing talent with a global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing or category management within FMCG, beauty, or professional haircare
- Demonstrated experience in new product development and go-to-market strategy
- Excellent communication skills
- Business level Japanese and English
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in global or regional roles
