Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and past event data
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt event concepts for the Japanese market
• Increase viewer engagement and encourage creator participation
• Manage campaign and event performance against defined KPIs
• Ensure all initiatives align with business goals and local market needs

Requirements:

• Experience in event and content management, consultancy, marketing, and CRM
• Prior experience with campaign and event planning
• Business level Japanese
