コンシューマーマーケティングチームマネージャー/ Consumer Marketing Team Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Consumer Marketing/Experience & Innovation Team Manager. This role will lead consumer marketing strategies, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive innovation to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies based on deep customer insights
• Lead brand teams in identifying consumer insights and developing creative messaging
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to ensure effective execution
• Oversee consumer initiatives, aligning tactics with brand strategy and media plans
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance healthcare experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in consumer marketing strategy and execution in multinational companies or agencies
• Experience leading multi-layered projects with cross-functional and cross-national teams
• Proven expertise in working with creative agencies and vendor partners
• Strong analytical skills for tactic measurement and performance tracking
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
