A renowned international eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will drive marketing strategy, execute multi-channel campaigns, and optimise customer acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy and roadmap for payments and invoicing solutions
• Lead new marketing channels, test-and-learn initiatives, and campaign experimentation
• Analyse marketing performance, customer segments, and lifecycle stages to improve impact
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience and drive adoption
• Design scalable programs to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
• Present marketing performance insights to leadership in business reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 6 years of experience in non-internship marketing
• Experience building, implementing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Prior experience using data and metrics to drive enhancements
• Proven experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Background with A/B testing or multi-variate testing
• Prior background with B2B marketing to business customers, or working in the financial services, payments, fintech, or banking sectors
• Proficient in Japanese and English
