シニアブランドマネージャー/ Senior Brand Manager

A multinational personal care brand is seeking a Senior Brand Manager. The selected candidate will lead brand marketing strategies to drive growth, awareness, and loyalty through effective product launches and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies, including new product development, promotions, and integrated campaigns
• Optimise brand portfolio using trend research and consumer behaviour analysis while maintaining high gross profit
• Plan and execute 360° launch strategies, including ATL/BTL, to increase awareness and drive conversion
• Analyse consumer behaviour and campaign performance to ensure alignment with ROI and KPIs
• Manage brand P&L to support sustainable financial growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience and marketing results

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of marketing experience in a product-selling FMCG or beauty company
• Experience in brand marketing and managing legacy brands
• Proficient in creative concept development for products and campaigns
• Strong commercial skills
• Business level English
