An international publishing company is looking for a Marketing professional. The selected candidate will support market analysis, product development, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and sales support activities to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Organise qualitative and quantitative market research
• Prepare sales analysis and reports
• Manage CRM activities and customer data analysis
• Develop marketing initiatives and promotional materials
• Coordinate website creation, digital activities, and social media management
• Support product launches, TV commercial production, media buying, PR activities, and online/offline promotions
• Assist with licence negotiations and contract preparation
• Support sales channel development and communication with distributors and business partners
• Collaborate with Editorial, Production, and Distribution departments
• Propose ideas and improvements for products, marketing activities, and operations

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in marketing or related business activities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and digital tools
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing or promotions
• Experience working in an international environment
• Professional level French
