プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global medical device company is looking for a Product Manager, Event Management. The selected candidate will oversee event execution, stakeholder communication, and digital tool management to drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite and online events in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
• Coordinate event logistics aligned with marketing goals
• Communicate and negotiate with dental societies, academia, and venues
• Build strong external relationships with stakeholders and customers
• Manage CRM and digital marketing tools including CMS, HubSpot, and Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with Japan and international marketing regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in various size events (30 seats local event, national tradeshow, etc.)
• Prior experience in CRM
• Proven experience with CMS and marketing automation tool
• Understanding of SFDC is ideal
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English
