APACカスタマーケアスペシャリスト/ APAC Customer Care Specialist

An international dental device company is looking for an APAC Customer Care Specialist. The selected candidate will manage customer support and order fulfilment for APAC dealers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for APAC dealers and relay issues to internal teams
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries and coordinate solutions
• Process orders in SAP and manage the end-to-end order workflow
• Communicate system issues with the IT team and ensure accurate invoicing
• Manage logistics, shipping schedules, and backorder communications
• Handle customer calls, claims, and technical or logistics queries
• Generate sales reports and assist Country Managers with data
• Support the sales team and handle general office administration

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in customer care, logistics, and order management
• Proficient in SAP or similar systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to support cross-functional teams and offices
• Business level written and reading English and Japanese preferred
