品質保証スタッフ/ Quality Assurance Staff

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Quality Assurance Staff. The selected candidate will oversee quality operations and ensure compliance with GMP standards and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a consistent supply of high-quality pharmaceutical products to the Japanese market
• Maintain and update the site Quality System to comply with local authorities, industry guidelines, and company standards
• Lead batch release decisions and achieve relevant KPI targets
• Support team members in meeting site, team, and individual performance goals
• Develop team capabilities through knowledge-sharing and training
• Drive the implementation of new GMP regulations and computerised systems
• Promote operational excellence to improve quality and productivity
• Participate in HSE initiatives to ensure safety and minimise environmental impact

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience working under GMP in QA, QC, or production
• General knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and production
