QCシニアマネージャー/ QC Sr. Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a QC Sr. Manager. The selected candidate will lead quality control operations, drive compliance initiatives, and support team development for semi-finished and final products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality systems aligned with global audit, site quality plans, and regulatory standards
• Supervise and develop team members, fostering GMP knowledge and technical growth
• Review and approve QC testing results, deviation reports, and technical documents
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in lab operations
• Lead projects to enhance process efficiency, method validation, and equipment maintenance
• Manage team resources, strategic planning, and career development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a scientific or healthcare domains
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical QC labs under GMP/GQP and pharmaceutical business law or equivalent
• More than 5 years of global environment experience
• Experience in analytical testing (chemical or micro-biological, or biological testing), analytical method transfer, and lab equipment
• Skilled in people management, operation management, project management, problem solving, and influencing others and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Native level verbal and written Japanese; business level verbal and written English
