マーケットデベロップメントマネージャー/ Market Development Manager

An international medical device company is looking for a Market Development Manager. The selected candidate will execute marketing strategies, drive market adoption, and support sales activities for the assigned specialty.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the regional marketing plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Drive market adoption and support conversions with key customers
• Serve as the regional product expert and provide product and market support
• Lead product launches, campaign planning, and internal sales presentations
• Develop sales tools, create market updates, and ensure consistent messaging
• Manage CRM usage to share customer insights and support focus campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and product management within relevant markets
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in CRM tools and development of marketing materials
• Strong strategic business skills
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
