An international marketing communications agency is seeking a Senior Manager/Account Director/Vice President. The selected candidate will lead strategic communications programs, deliver impactful narratives, and collaborate with clients to elevate healthcare outcomes. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the development and execution of integrated healthcare communication programs
• Serve as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Translate complex scientific content into clear, audience-friendly messaging
• Develop and present strategic communication proposals to clients
• Strengthen media engagement and identify multi-platform opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines and deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performing team culture
• Drive new business opportunities and lead persuasive pitch presentations (For VP level)
• Lead strategic communications with global and domestic healthcare clients (For VP level)
• Manage and develop teams while ensuring stakeholder alignment (For VP level)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare-related communications, either in-house or at a PR or advertising agency
• Prior experience in multinational environments is preferred
• Skilled in media relations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of Japan’s healthcare and regulatory landscape
• Native level Japanese; business level English
