マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager
A multinational medical device company is hiring a Marketing Manager for its Interventional Technology division. The selected candidate will lead marketing strategies, product launches, and campaign execution to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and meet budget objectives
- Lead downstream marketing for new product launches to drive customer adoption
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and training teams to develop product messaging, pricing, and tools
- Build impactful marketing campaigns using market data and customer insights
- Develop relationships with KOLs and leverage VOC to guide strategy
- Work cross-functionally to support the development and communication of clinical and economic evidence
- Summarise and communicate clinical data from presentations and publications
- Track competitive activity and market dynamics with global marketing teams
- Oversee launch workstreams and manage project timelines
- Ensure marketing materials pass regulatory and legal reviews
- Align marketing initiatives with global strategy and compliance standards
- Create and execute promotional content across events, media, and sales tools
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through long-term strategy
- Manage and develop a marketing team, including performance and hiring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or Business
- More than 10 years of related experience in the medical devices industry in commercial roles (marketing, sales, or market development) and a track record of increasing responsibility
- More than 5 years of marketing experience in the structural heart or ischemic disease
- Practical experience in developing plans and implementing strategies and tactics that resulted in increasing sales
- Prior experience with multiple product launches, including launch readiness activities, sales training, customer targeting, customer training, and launch tracking
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid MBA or MS Management qualification preferred
- Business level English
