テクニカルサービスリード/ Technical Service Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Technical Service Lead. The selected candidate will oversee site strategy, technical operations, and engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement site objectives and business strategy
• Lead the development and execution of the Site Master Plan
• Drive cross-departmental programs and projects
• Oversee Production and Facility Engineering teams
• Ensure GXP compliance across technical service functions
• Manage maintenance activities, budgets, and headcounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in people management
• More than 5 years of experience in technical operation domain (engineering, factory management, manufacturing, etc.)
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines (ICH, WHO and PIC/S GMP)
• Understanding of GMP execution in Production, equipment, facility, and building
• Familiarity with Production Management, Production Technology, Production Engineering, and Facility Engineering of pharmaceutical industry
• Prior understanding in finance for technical operation
• Proficient in Japanese and English
