Project Director

A global biotechnology research company is looking for a Project Director. The selected candidate will lead clinical delivery operations, drive performance, and ensure financial and operational excellence across a portfolio of studies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and operational performance of clinical study portfolios
• Ensure resource allocation and team productivity in coordination with regional leadership
• Monitor portfolio health using operational and financial metrics
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and implement business strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical teams
• Build client relationships and support proposal and bid development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in research and development and clinical research (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO)
• More than 3 years of experience in drug delivery project management
• Experience in client relationships and business development
• Prior experience in clinical delivery

応募要件:

• 大卒
• 製薬企業・バイオテック・CROにおける研究開発・臨床開発経験8年以上（そのうちドラッグデリバリープロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上）
• 広範なクライアントリレーション構築・ビジネス開発経験
• 臨床デリバリー領域での実績
• 財務的観点からの競争力ある戦略策定・貢献経験
