戦略プロジェクトマネージャー/ Strategic Project Manager

A multinational biopharmaceutical solutions company is seeking a (Sr.) Strategic Project Manager - APAC Commercial Solutions team. The selected candidate will lead internal strategic initiatives and manage complex client projects, ensuring operational efficiency and successful service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic internal projects to drive operational efficiency and business transformation in Japan
• Develop business cases for new services and operational initiatives with senior leadership
• Oversee the development and launch of new services aligned with market needs and company strategy
• Identify and manage partnerships with vendors, stakeholders, and collaborators
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, BD, and Finance to implement initiatives
• Provide structured project management support by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes
• Manage large-scale client projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• More than 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product launches
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
